鼠妇虫质量标准研究

Study on the quality standards of Porcellio scaber Latreille

目的建立鼠妇虫的质量标准,为控制该药材质量提供检验依据。方法对鼠妇虫进行性状、薄层鉴别,杂质、水分、灰分和浸出物的测定。结果制定了鼠妇虫的性状和薄层鉴别法,确定了鼠妇虫中杂质、水分、灰分和浸出物的限量。结论首次系统的对鼠妇虫的质量标准进行了研究,为完善鼠妇虫质量控制方法,建立该药材国家标准奠定了实验基础。

Objective To establish quality standards of Porcellio scaber Latreille and provide test basis for controlling the quality of drugs. Methods Characters and the thin layer chromatographic method were used to identify Porcellio scaber Latreille,ilnpurity,water,ash and contents of extract were measured. Results Characters and the thin layer chromatographic identification methods were established, hnpurity,water,ash and contents of extract were determined. Conclusion The re- search results had laid experilnentul foundations for the establishment of comprehensive and national standards for the quuli- ty control of Porcellio scaber Latreille.
