摘要
目的为修订《中国药典》2010年版山药项下总灰分和浸出物提供依据。方法对不同品种、不同产地和不同炮制方法的山药进行总灰分和浸出物的考察。结果未用硫黄熏蒸的山药饮片总灰分和浸出物均高于标准规定,过度硫黄熏蒸和浸泡山药总灰分符合现行质量标准规定;正品山药不同品种总灰分和浸出物差异较大。结论应提倡山药的炮制不用硫黄熏蒸;对山药标准中的总灰分和浸出物进行修订。
Objective To provide basis for revision of total ash and water - soluble extractive of Chinese yam in Chi-nese Pharmacopoeia 2010. Methods To research total ash and water - soluble extractive of Chinese yam of different spe- cies,areas and process methods. Results Total ash and water - soluble extractive of Chinese yam without smoked by sulfur were higher than standard,those smoked by sulfur and soaked accord with the standard;There was a big discrepancy of total ash and water - soluble extractive of different species of Chinese yam. Conclusion Process methods of Chinese yam should be without smoked by sulfur and revise total ash and water - soluble extractive of it.
