特用玉米种质及杂交种对丝黑穗病的抗性评价 被引量:4

摘要 采用菌土覆盖接种法,鉴定评价了131个玉米特用种质和57个特用杂交种对丝黑穗病的抗病性。结果表明,131份特用种质中,6份表现抗病或中抗,125份表现感病或高感;57个特用杂交种中,8个品种表现抗病或中抗,49个品种表现感病或高感。表现抗病的编号为00097153、00231081的抗病种质和编号为00030253、00097112、00201242、00211465的中抗种质可作为甜糯品种选育的重要抗源;抗病杂交种高优1号和中抗杂交种白早糯、京科糯120、星糯918、华甜粘83、敦甜2号、甜单22号、高油115可作为甜糯和高油玉米的主推广品种。 The disease resistance to Sporisorium reilianum in 131 particular germplasms and 57 particular hybrids wasidentified when seeds were covered by 0.1% soil carried with teliospores . The results showed that the resistant and susceptiblegermplasms respectively were 6 antiviral or anti-resistant and 125 susceptible or highly susceptible in 131 particular germplasms,the resistant and susceptible varieties were 8 antiviral or anti-resistant and 49 susceptible or highly susceptible varities in 57particular hybrids,respectively . The numbered of disease manifestations were 00097153 and 00231081 and moderately resistantgermplasms were 00030253、00097112、00201242 and 00211465 which importantly resistant resources in sweet and waxy cornvarieties breeding in the future. The diesease-resistant hybrids Gaoyou 1 and moderately resistant hybrids Baizaonuo、Jingkenuo120、Xingnuo 918、Huatiannian 83、Duntian 2、Tiandan 22 and Gaoyou 115 were importantly commercial varieties in sweet,waxyand high oil corn in the future.
