摘要
介绍了一种基于DO30-Ⅱ多功能校准仪建立数字多用表自动化计量检定系统的设计原理、系统组成及技术实现。重点介绍了程序控制器的设计思路和系统设计中的部分关键技术。实际应用表明,该系统解决了大多国产数表计量标准检定装置依然依靠手动测试、人工记录数据的问题,应用前景广泛。
A automatic metrology system based on the DO30-II multi-function calibration was in-troduced in this paper, Including design principle, system constitutes and technique. It focuses on design way of procedure controller and key techniques of the system. The actual application indicates that the control system have solved the Efficiency question of the mostly domestic numerals Appearance Metrology Standard which depend on personally testing and recording. It has the broad application prospects.
