摘要
由于轮胎与路面之间的相互作用包含非线性和随机过程的特点,使得技术上难以确定轮心的载荷。采用坐标转换矩阵将车轮上三自由度平动力转换到六自由度轮心力,运用试验方法进而确定六自由度轮心力的数值估计,通过对后座噪声测量与合成结果的对比验证了估计方法的有效性。基于六自由度轮心力,进行噪声传递路径分析,揭示了轮心力矩对车内噪声的作用。
Because of the non- linearity and random process of the interaction between tires and road surface, it isdifficult to determine the applied load at the wheel center. In this paper, using coordinate transformation matrix, 3-DOFtranslational forces are translated to the 6-DOF wheel center forces, which values are estimated experimentally. The validityof the estimation is verified by comparing the measured noise spectra with the synthesized results. Finally, noise path isanalyzed based on the 6-DOF wheel center forces. The effect of the torque applied to the wheel on the interior noise isrevealed.
