菠菜遗传育种研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 菠菜营养丰富,耐寒性强,生产周期短,复种指数高,在我国南北各地普遍栽培,是春、秋、冬季的主要绿叶蔬菜之一,也是我国主要出口蔬菜之一。随着生活水平的提高,对菠菜品种的种性提出了更高的要求,菠菜优良品种的选育亦引起高度重视。本文从菠菜种质资源的收集鉴定、性状遗传规律、育种技术研究及新品种选育等方面,综述了菠菜遗传育种的研究进展,并对我国菠菜育种面临的问题和未来发展趋势进行了展望。 Spinach(Spinacia oleracea L.)with rich nutrition,strong cold resistance,short production cycle and high multiple crop index is widely cultivated throughout northern and southern China.It is one of the major green leafy vegetables in spring,autumn and winter,and also one of the major export vegetable species in China.Along with the improvement of people’s living standard,higher requirement for strain characters of spinach is raised,and selection for superior spinach varieties has won the great attention of breeders.This paper reviews the research progress made in genetic breeding of spinach,including spinach germplasm collection and identification,inheritance regularity of characters,breeding technology and new varieties selective breeding.It also points out the existing problems facing spinach breeding in China,and prospects the future developing trends.
