摘要
为探寻较好的显影参数,设定3组显影温度和2组显影速度,测试了不同显影参数条件下CTP印版的留膜率与空白密度等显影质量指标,并绘制其关系曲线。通过对比分析得出,所设定的各参数条件下,较理想的显影参数是显影温度为25.5℃,显影速度为1 300 mm/min。在该参数条件下,当温度在±0.5℃范围内波动时,能同时保证留膜率和空白密度合乎标准。
To explore the better development parameters, 3 groups of developing temperatures and 2 groups ofdeveloping speeds are set for testing. The film-remaining rate and the blank density of CTP plates with different developingconditions were tested with the curves drawn. Through the contrast analysis under the conditions of setting parameters,25.5℃ and 1 300 mm/min are the ideal parameters and when the temperature is in the range of plus or minus 0.5℃, the filmremainingrate could be ensured with blank density up to standard.
