涂料用正硅酸乙酯水解过程影响因素研究

Effect Factors Research of Hydrolytic Process of TEOS for Coating

对正硅酸乙酯水解过程的影响因素进行探讨，选取了溶剂类型、催化剂类型、硅水比进行研究，采用吗啉凝胶时间判定水解液性能，得出以下结论：选用异丙醇作溶剂，硅水比在1∶1.4～1∶1.6之间，盐酸作催化剂时得到的水解液储存、施工性能俱佳。

The influence factors which affect TEOS hydrolytic process were investigated. The catalyst type, dissolvent type and the ratio of silicon to water were selected to study. Morpholine gel was adopted to determine the performance of hydrolysate. The following conclusions were draw： ratio of silicon to water was between 1∶1.4～1∶1.6, applied hydrochloric acid as catalyst, the storage performance and construction performance of hydrolysate were good.
