摘要 Na/β″-Al2O3具有高Na+传导性、较小的电子电导性、耐化学反应腐蚀和足够的机械强度而成为最受关注的固体电解质之一。综述了固体电解质Na/β″-Al2O3的基本生产工艺、原料选择和杂质控制及影响,介绍了关键生产工艺如粉末制备、成型技术和烧结工艺的最新进展,并展望了Na/β″-Al2O3固体电解质的未来应用和发展方向。 Na/β″-Al2 O3 has high Na+ conductivity and small electronic conductivity,corrosion resistance and a sufficient mechanical strength,and become one of the most concerned solid electrolyte.The production process, choice of raw materials,impurity control and influence were reviewed and the progress of key production tech-nology,such as the preparation of Na/β″-Al2 O3 powder,forming and Sintering,was introduced.The future di-rections of applications and development of Na/β″-Al2 O3 as solid electrolyte were also prospected.
