聚合方法对两性丙烯酰胺共聚物结构及其絮凝性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在相同进料比下,以过硫酸胺/亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,用溶液法和反相微乳液法分别合成了丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化胺(MADQUAT)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(NaAMPS)的共聚物p(AM-MADQUAT-NaAMPS),从聚合机理出发,通过单体竞聚率研究了两种共聚物的序列分布和组成分布,在此基础上进一步考察了两种聚合物结构对污泥絮体尺寸、絮体压缩屈服应力的影响,初步建立了不同聚合方法合成的两性离子聚丙烯酰胺结构与絮凝性能之间的相关性。 In this work,using (NH4 )2 S2 O8/NaHSO3 as redox initiator,an amphoteric polyacrylamide(p(AM-MADQUAT- NaAMPS))was synthesized with acrylamide(AM),2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyltrimethylammoni-um chloride (MADQUAT)and sodium-2-acrylamido-2-methyl- propanesulfonate (NaAMPS)by solution or in-verse microemulsion polymerization at the same feed ratio.Starting from polymerization mechanism,we have investigated the composition distribution and sequence distribution of the two copolymers according to monomer reactivity ratios.Furthermore,we have studied the effect of polymer structure on floc seize and compressive yield stress of sludge.The correlation of the structure of amphoteric polyacrylamide and floc property was pre-liminary created.
