浅谈东濮凹陷Y16盐井防斜纠斜技术及应用

Brief Discussion on the Technology of Inclination Prevention and Correction in Dongpu Depression Y16 Salt Well

Y16盐井地处河南省东北部,位于渤海湾盆地的一个复向构造单元-东濮凹陷,该区下第三系发育四套较厚盐膏层,地层构造发育、断层多、断块结构复杂,给设计和施工都带来较大困难。本文结合东濮地区盐井特点及Y16井钻探工程实例,分析了盐井井斜的影响因素,并对现场的一些防斜纠斜处理措施及施工效果作以总结。该井的现场实践经验对复杂地质条件下盐井施工具有较大的借鉴意义。

Y16 salt mine is located in the northeast of Henan province which a complex tectonic unit in Bohai Bay Basin——Dongpu Depression. The third department under this distirct develops four sets of thick salt layer; the stratum structure develops manyfaults; and fault block structure is complex which brings great difficulties to the design and construction. According to the salt minecharacteristics in Dongpu area and the example of the drilling project of Y16 well ,this paper analyzes the impacting factors ofinclination of the salt mine and conclude some inclination prevention and correction measures on site and the construction effect. Thepractical experience of the wells is of great significance to well construction under complicated geological conditions.
