摘要
针对国内外盐矿山水溶开采采收率低下的现状,结合井矿盐水溶开采矿藏连续分布和卤水密度沿重力分布的特点,从含盐矿石的溶解行为、盐矿山建井和盐矿山采输工艺三个环节分析其对采收率的影响。含盐矿石的溶解行为能有助于提高溶剂携盐效率,从而缩短开采周期;盐矿山建井主要克服顶板垮塌和溶洞破坏的弊病,通过控制水溶技术提高盐矿服务年限;通过采输工艺的循环方式、生产参数控制和安全生产强化措施消除水溶开采的不利影响,优化生产参数以提高盐矿山水溶开采采收率。
In view of the current situation of the low mining recovery rate of water solution mining in the domestic and foreigncountries, this paper analyzes the impacting factors to the low mining recovery rate from the dissolution behavior of salt mine, wellconstruction in salt mine and salt mining and transportation process of salt mine combing with mineral resources continuousdistribution of the salt solution mining of rock salt and the characteristics of the distribution of brine density along of the gravity. Thedissolution behavior of salt minerals can help to improve the efficiency of the salt carrying of the solution, so as to shorten theexploitation cycle. Well construction in salt mine should mainly overcome the collapse of roof caving and cave destroy. Through thecontrol of the technology of water solution mining to improve the service life of salt mine and to eliminate the adverse effects of thesolution mining and optimize production parameters to improve the water solution mining recovery efficiency of salt mine by improvingthe circulation method of the exploitation and transportation and enhancing production parameter control and production safety.
