摘要 入炉煤粒径对循环流化床的炉内传热、燃烧效率、运行调整操作等均有影响,直接关系循环流化床运行的安全性、经济性。通过对循环流化床锅炉入炉煤粒径在炉内燃尽时间和燃尽率及对锅炉热效率影响的调查研究,在运煤系统燃煤筛碎环节采取的优化设计,有效的将入炉煤粒径控制到锅炉需要的最佳范围,改善锅炉燃烧工况,提高锅炉热效率。 The grain size of the coal that entered the boiler greatly impacts the heat transfer, the combustion efficiency, running adjustment operation in the boiler and directly influence the safety and economy of the fluidized operation. Based on investigation of the influence of coal grain size in the boiler on the burnout time,burnout rate and thermal efficiency of the boiler,we carried out optimization disign of coal sieve broken links in the coal conveying system which efficiently control the grain size of coal that into the boiler in the ideal range ad improves the boiler burning situation and the heat efficient of the boiler.
