近年来,重盐集团居安思危,率先进行了"连锁网络+卓越服务"的商业模式再造,取得了较好的成绩,但是食盐专营体制改革的风险和生产企业直接挂钩零售消除销售中间环节的风险,两种风险依然存在,当专营政策发生重大变动时,必将使企业面临巨大困难,重盐集团还应借鉴日本商贸企业物流发展的经验,从市场化角度加强物流系统化建设,使成本降低的幅度超过订单单价下降的幅度,获得市场竞争的优势地位,异军突起,凤凰涅磐。
