摘要
现代企业的竞争关键是人才的竞争 ,如何能在激烈的竞争当中留住人才、吸引人才 ,这是任何企业都不可回避的现实课题。笔者主要结合成功企业的经验 ,从激励的角度探讨企业在这方面的一些基本应对措施 ,即福利激励、文化激励、发展激励、成果激励等。
The competition key of the modern enterprises is the competition of the persons with ability. How to keep the persons with ability in the competition? The paper gives some measures about this problem.
