摘要
转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)是一种具有多功能生物学活性的多肽类细胞因子,在多种肿瘤中高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。在大多数细胞中,Smads信号途径是TGF-β发挥其生物学效应的经典途径,但还存在着与MAPK、Wnt等信号通路的交互对话,通过改变下游基因的表达调控细胞的生理和病理过程,包括肿瘤血管的生成、免疫抑制、侵袭与转移等。研究发现,TGF-β1对于恶性肿瘤的诊断及预后的判断具有重要的参考价值,有望成为肿瘤诊断评估的一个重要指标。
Transforming growth factor - beta(TGF - β) is a multifunctional cytokines of biologically active peptides. it has been proved that it is highly expressed in various types of human cancer,and is closely related to the occur- rence, development and prognosis of tumor, in most cells,TGF - β/Smads signal pathway is the classic way to exert its biological effects, but it “ cross talk” with MAPK and Wnt signaling pathways. TGF - β1 plays an importart role in the regulation of phyalologieal and pathological process in tmnor,including formation of the blood vessels,immunosuppres- sion,invasion,metasitasis. Based on the research findings,TGF - β1 has important value for diagnosis and predicting prognosis of malignant tumor,and it represents a viable potential target for the prognostic judgement.
