论“自我教育”理念在运动队教育管理中的应用

The theory of“Self Education”Concept in the Application of the Sports Team Management

"自我教育"是运动员在个人成长过程中自我完善、自我发展的重要途径,也是运动员教育管理中极为重要的因素。以"实现自我、完善自我以及人的潜能的充分发展"而进行的教育,对我国当前运动队管理工作中具有重要的作用。试图以"自我教育"理念引导开展自我学习、自我管理活动,提升个人综合素质,为进一步改进运动队管理中运动员教育管理工作提供借鉴。

“Self education” is an important avenue in per-sonal growth process of the athletes education manage-ment. This paper trys to be active self-study and self-man-agement under the direction of the “self education”,inorder to further improve the management of sports teams i-deological education of athletes for reference.
