摘要
新世纪普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估和合格评估的实施是国家确保高校教育教学质量的重大举措。评估背景、评估依据、评估方针、评估目的和评估主线是两种评估的共同点,不同之处主要表现在各自形成历程、评估对象、评估主体、评估方案、评估方式和评估结论方面。对水平评估和合格评估的异同点进行比较分析,不仅有利于全面把握教学评估的精神,更有利于扎实开展自评自建工作。
In the new century, the implementation of level evaluation and qualified evaluation of university teaching is an important measure to ensure the quality of higher education in China. These two kinds of evaluations are similar in evaluation background, basis, guiding principles, aims and contents but different in their process of development, evaluation objects, subjects, projects, methods and conclusions. The comparative analysis of their similarities and differences is helpful to understand the substance of evaluation in all its aspects and do the self-evaluation and self-construction work in a down-to-earth manner.
