根据《保险法》的有关精神 ,应明确认定股东对公司的财产具有保险利益 ,以切实保障参加经济活动的股东在面临不可预测的风险时能够通过保险制度获得补偿。这一点对于我国现阶段的许多问题的解决具有实际的意义 ,特别是在保护跨国公司中中小股东合法利益的问题上 ,为我们提供了一个解决问题的方法 ,开辟了一个保险业务的新领域 ;同时也使得我国的保险业务与公司、企业的经济活动密切地联系在一起 ,在社会的经济生活中发挥更重要的作用。

According to spirit in the law of insurance of our country,designating that the shareholder should have the interest of insurance to the property of the company,which will help them get compensative when they are facing unpredictablc risks,is necessary.And this is significant to the solution of many recent problems,especially to the problem of how to protect the interest of the minor shareholders in the transnational corporation.And at the same time,we also will garden a new field to develop our insurance business when the business is connected closely with the economic activity of the corporation and the enterprises. No dubt that the insurance business will have more importance in the social economical life.
