Thinking about Deflation of Our Country and Its Countermeasures

我国出现的通货紧缩不仅是一种货币现象 ,更是一种经济的综合现象。本文从马克思的基本原理出发认为 ,货币流通速度的下降、信用的萎缩、不良债务的增加、生产能力的过剩等是通货紧缩的主要成因 ;实施积极的财政政策和货币政策、深化配套改革、调整产业结构等是治理通货紧缩的有效途径。

The emergence of deflation in our country is not only a matter of currency,but a comprehensive matter of economy.This article considers from the basic principles of Marx that the main causes of deflation are the falling speed of currency circulation,the wither of credit ,the increase of bad debts,overproduction and so on. The effective ways of improving deflation are practising active financial policy and currency policy deepening corollary reform,adjusting industrial structure and so on.
