摘要 维生素C不仅具有参与合成胶原蛋白、治疗和预防坏血病、预防动脉硬化、治疗贫血等生理学功能,还能增强机体的免疫功能。它主要通过调节各种免疫细胞的生长、分化和功能,影响细胞因子、趋化因子和活性氧的水平,在机体免疫反应中发挥重要作用。许多疾病的发生均与机体的免疫功能低下有关,补充具有抗氧化作用的维生素C可以纠正和提高机体的免疫反应。本文就维生素C在免疫反应方面的作用做一综述。 Vitamin C not only involved compounding the synthesis of collagen, treatment and prevention of scurvy and arteriosclerosis, treatment of anemia like other physiological functions, but also enhance the body' s immune function. It is mainly have a function by regulating the growth of a variety of immune cells, differen- tiation and function, affecting of cytokines, chemokines and active oxygen species levels in the body's immune response. The origin of many diseases is related to immune dysfunction. The vitamin C which supplement with antioxidant effect can correct and improve the body' s immune response. This passage mainly talked about the aspect of the immune response.
