遗传性凝血因子Ⅻ缺乏一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,76岁,因体检发现左颈部肿物于2013年4月7日入院,既往从事核辐射监测工作,40年前曾因辐射保护不当住院（具体不详）,35年前行右前臂囊肿切除术,3年前行房颤射频消融术,术后给予低分子肝素6 000 U,1次/12h,共7d及华法林3mg 1次/d抗凝治疗半年,无皮肤黏膜及消化道、泌尿道出血史,无血栓栓塞病史,父母及两哥两姐已亡故,两个儿子均无出血史.查体：双侧颈部可触及数枚肿大淋巴结,右侧最大者2.0 cm×1.7 cm,余未见明显阳性体征.外院针刺活组织检查结果提示黑色素瘤不除外,影像学提示双侧颈部多发肿大淋巴结,最大者2.2 cm×1.6cm,为明确诊断拟行肿物活组织检查.
