我国高校实施分布式领导的阻碍因素及建议被引量：1

摘要高校中的分布式领导是指高校在一定的环境中,每个层面的领导者按照各自的职能,共同合作、共同领导,以实现学校教育目标的过程。我国高校实施分布式领导的阻碍因素主要表现:一是公办高校领导泛行政化;二是民办高校管理体制不完善;三是自上而下、层级分明的领导方式。建议是:一要取消高校行政化,推行教授治校;二要民办高校要实行管办分离,学校领导自治;三要明晰校、院、系各自的责权。
