摘要
运用三螺旋算法,以中韩两国的石墨烯专利数据作为研究对象,以探究三螺旋算法在专利数据上的应用以及测度中韩两国石墨烯领域中的官产学合作关系。研究发现:三螺旋算法也可以很好地用于对专利数据进行挖掘;中国的石墨烯领域与韩国相比,存在着例如官产学合作关系薄弱、大学科研成果转化率低、企业参与度低等问题。针对以上问题,本文提出了针对性的对策建议,希望能对中国的石墨烯产业发展有所启示。
This paper applies the triple-helix algorithm to patent data and measures the cooperation relationship between government, industry and academic bodies in China and South Korea in the field of grapheme. The study found that the triple-helix algorithm can also be used in effective patent data mining ; comparing the situation of grapheme field in China to what it is in South Korea, it is found that the problems in China include: weak cooperation among government, industry and university, low rate of university research conversion, low rate of enterprise participation and so on. To solve the above problems, the paper proposes targeted suggestions, hoping to inspire the development of grapheme industry in China.
