Government Tacit Knowledge Sharing Factors Analysis in Internet Public Opinion Management

隐性知识共享作为隐性知识管理的重要环节是政府成功实施隐性知识管理的关键,为实现政府在网络舆情管理中隐性知识的有效共享,提高政府应对网络舆情的决策和管理能力,首先对网络舆情管理中影响政府隐性知识共享的因素进行了梳理,整理出5大方面19个影响因素,然后通过DEMATEL方法确定了各影响因素的内在关系,最后在分析结论的基础上,探讨了政府在应对网络舆情过程中隐性知识共享的策略。

As the important part of tacit knowledge management, tacit knowledge sharing is the key to the successful implementation of government ＇ s tacit knowledge management. To achieve an effective tacit knowledge sharing in government, and help government improve the capabilities of decision-making and management upon facing with interact public opinion problems. 5 major areas with 19 factors impacting government tacit knowledge sharing are built at the very beginning, and then the intrinsic relationships between each factor are analyzed and identified by DEMATEL. Based on the analysis, the strategies of government tactic knowledge sharing in interact public opinion management are discussed.
