基于参与深度分析的科学仪器共享协作网服务模式研究

Service Mode Research of Scientific Instrument Sharing Networks Based on Engaging Depth Analysis

相比上世纪90年代科学仪器共享协作网建立之初,当今我国科研水平的提升和产业结构战略转型已经对科学仪器共享服务提出信息公开之外的要求,亟需为科学仪器共享协作网提供明确的功能定位和科学的服务模式。以科学仪器共享协作网的中介机构属性为理论基础,从共享过程的流程分解中凝练参与深度概念,并以此提出4个阶段递进的服务模式。通过阐述和分析各服务模式及其相应特征功能和现实意义,为科学仪器共享协作网理清功能定位、选择科学的服务模式提供参考。

Compared to 1990s when Scientific Instrument Sharing Networks （SISNs） was newly established, the upgrading of scientific research and strategic transformation of industrial structure ask for more service than information disclosure. Thus ,clear functional localization and appropriate service mode are urgently needed. With the theoretical basis of intermediary agencies status of SISNs, the definition of engaging depth is summarized from the analysis of scientific instrument sharing. Four service modes have been progressively proposed according to engaging depth. The feature function and practical significance of each service modes arc elaborated and analyzed to support construction and operation of SISNs.
