摘要
通过对某站场放空火炬系统的现状分析,指出高含硫天然气放空应引入火炬系统燃烧后排放,放空系统应具有可靠的全自动电点火设施。提出了为确保放空火炬系统安全可靠运行涉及的相关问题;结合相关标准规范就放空火炬系统功能设置、阻火设施、点火设施、系统安全运行等方面进行了探讨。同时针对具体工程实例,提出利用放空天然气作为点火气源,增设全自动高空电点火系统的优化实施方案,确保站场含硫放空天然气的安全排放。
In order to improve acknowledge on flare system at high sour gas station, conducted is status analysis on flare system in a certain project and it is pointed out that flare system and reliable automatic electric ignition device shall be equipped in the position upstream of sour gas vent outlet so as to vent it to the air after sour gas is burnt. In combination with relative requirements in codes, standards and specifications, discussed are function seting, fire arresting and ignition devices and system safety operation of flare system. Taking a certain concrete project for an example, proposed is an optimum scheme in which vented gas is used as ignition source and full automatic aerial electric ignition system is added in order to ensure safe venting of sour gas at gas station.
