摘要
针对目前汽车后视镜曲率半径的检测设备效率不高,耗时费力的问题,研究开发出一种新型的汽车后视镜曲率半径精确检测系统。该系统使用高精度的激光传感器采集数据,根据win32型RS232专用接口协议,实现传感器与计算机的串口通信,提高了汽车后视镜曲率半径测量系统的精度。同时使用伺服电机作为采集数据的驱动装置,从而在较大程度上提高了数据采集的效率。采集结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,效率高,能较好地完成检测。
Presently, the efficiency of automobile rearview mirror curvature radius testing equipment is not high and the test is time-consuming .A new type of car rearview mirror curvature radius precise detection system was developed .The system uses high precision laser sensor to collect data .Based on win32 special RS232 interface protocols , serial port communication between sensor and computer was realized .And the precision of the automobile rearview mirror curvature radius measurement system was improved.At the same time using servo motor as driven device of collecting data largely enhances the efficiency of the precision of the data collection and gathering .Sampling results show that the system is stable , reliable and high efficient .The system can complete the test well .
