摘要
1台500 kV电抗器在油化试验中发现乙炔、乙烯及总烃均超标,经过多次跟踪监视,发现增长趋势明显。经过对电抗器排油检查和深入分析,确定超标原因是电抗器铁心上轭夹件连接线断开,断开部位产生较高的电位差形成拉弧,使乙炔、总烃升高。
Exceeded amount of acetylene, ethylene, total hydrocarbon are found in 500 kV reactor oil test, the increasing trend has been detected in afterward tracking and monitoring, With deep analysis and test, the reason is due to the disconnection of connecting line of core clamps, and the disconnected parts generated high potential difference which leads to the increase of acetylene and total hydrocarbons.
