Research Progress in the Synthesis of Flomoxef Intermediate 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-5-mercapto Tetrazole

氟氧头孢是一种新型广谱氧头孢烯类抗生素,对革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌均有良好的抗菌活性。1-羟乙基-5-巯基-1 H-四唑的合成是氟氧头孢合成的重要中间体,介绍了其合成的重要意义,并对其中外合成路线进行了总结。

Flomoxef is a new kind of broad-spectrum cephem antibiotics,and it has a good antibacterial ac- tivity to Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. The most important intermediate for flomoxef is 1-（2-hydroxyethyl） -5-mercapto tetrazole, the significance of the intermediate is introduced, and the re- cent development of preparation processes of it are summarized.
