摘要
立铣刀广泛适用于多种加工场合,但结构复杂,设计困难。对立铣刀结构进行分析和改进,有助于充分发挥刀体材料及表面涂层的性能,获得综合性能优良的立铣刀。立铣刀结构设计技术在铣削减振、参数化建模以及有限元仿真辅助设计等方面的研究进展,为钻头等其他切削刀具的结构设计提供了借鉴。
End mills are widely applied in most machining conditions while it is difficult to design the end mill' s profile on account of its complex geometry. Thus, analysis and optimization of the geometry is beneficial to guarantee the excellent performance of tool material and the coating, which leads to perfect end mills. The development on geometry design of end mills concerning milling vibration reduction, parametric modeling and finite element method (FEM) aided design offers a reference for geometry design of other cutters such as drills.
