福建省优秀女子400米栏运动员基本训练周计划的研究

摘要 目的:为探讨福建省优秀女子400米栏运动员基本训练周计划的科学合理性,发现优势与不足,并加以完善。方法:文献资料、访谈调查、逻辑分析等。结论:在全年训练中,基本训练周被采用得最多,尤其是在准备期,基本训练周是最主要的周型;基本训练周计划大体上存在"综合训练课一周三次并间隔一天,调整课安排在中间"的共有规律;一周中的不同训练日交替安排不同的训练内容,其中2-3次大负荷训练课分布安排在力量、耐力、综合素质等训练中,使得不同训练内容合理的交替,值得一提的是周四调整课中安排足球游戏,进而调整运动员的情绪。 Objective:To discuss the scientific rationality week plan for basic training of the excellent 400 meters hurdles female athletes in Fujian province in order to find its advantages and disadvantages to improve it .Methods:literature , interview survey , comprehensive analysis etc .Results:Basic training week especially in the preparation period, is the most important peripheral type in annual training;basic training week plan generally exists the laws“ three times a week of comprehensive training course , with the interval of one day , and the adjusting courses in the middle ”;Different training day arranges different training contents , in which 2-3 large load training class distributions are arranged in the middle of strength , endurance , comprehensive quality training , to alternate the dif-ferent training contents .It is worth to mention that soccer games are arranged during the adjusting course on Thurs -day, which is good to adjust the mood of athletes .
