人口红利趋缓背景下区域经济可持续发展的路径研究——以福建为例

A Research on the Sustainable Development of Regional Economy after the Slowdown of Demographic Dividend——A case study of Fujian province

改革开放以来,依靠人口红利,福建省经济取得快速发展。但人口红利并非可持续的,其效应能否充分发挥,关系到福建省是否可以实现经济的持续增长。随着福建省人口红利的不断减小乃至消失,在充分把握人口红利效应的同时,应从人力资本的积累、产业结构的转型、劳动力的流通、就业机会的创造等方面着手,促进福建省经济的可持续发展。

Since China＇s reform and opening up, Fujian has achieved rapid economic development de- pending on the demographic dividend, which is not sustainable though. Whether it performs full play or not is related to the constant growth of Fujian＇s economic development. With the demographic div- idend exhausting and vanishing, the paper suggests that Fujian should make the most of the demo- graphic dividend, and take measures like the accumulation of human capital, the transformation of in- dustrial structure, the promotion of labor flow, the creation of employment opportunities in order to improve the sustainable development of Fujian economy.
