摘要
由于受评价指标量化、价值追求功利化、师生关系市场化等因素影响,大学教学已经从中心走向边缘,确保教学中心地位、突出人才培养质量是大学发展应该恪守的基本追求。大学的礼拜教学应以发展为本、注重互动生成、具有鲜明的风格,可通过大学自身合理定位、系统优化教学体系、推动教师专业化等方式形成教学神圣氛围。
Due to the influences of the evaluation quantification,utilitarianism of value pursuit and the market- oriented relationship between teachers and students, university teaching has been marginalized. The basic goal of university teaching should be to ensure the key role of teaching and talents cultivation. Therefore,the quality and innovation oriented teaching in university should be based on development,focus on interaction and have its own distinctive characteristics. A holly teaching atmosphere should be formed by finding the most appropriate position for the university itself, optimizing the teaching system in a systematic way, promoting the teachers' specialization and so on and so forth.
