摘要
兼职教师的专业成长发展是高职院校加强内涵建设的重要环节。在教师自身动力不足、企业参与热情不高、学校管理缺乏战略规划、政府引导和政策保障缺位等因素的影响下,人员的流动性、身份的边缘性和教学的局限性已成为当前高职院校兼职教师发展的瓶颈。在当前校企合作的大趋势下,体制创新、更新理念、行动支持、创设环境已成为高职院校兼职教师专业发展的现实路径。
The professional growth of part - time teachers is an important part to strengthen the connotation construction of vocational colleges. The professional growth of part - time teachers encounters obstacles because these teachers are lack of motivation, the enterprises are not enthusiastic enough to participate in cooperation, the school management is not strategically planned well, and government does not provide enough relevant guidance and policy guarantee. Therefore, part - time teachers' turnover rate is high. They are marginalized and their teaching is restricted in a certain area.As the school- enterprise cooperation is becoming a trend,institutional innovation,ideas updating,action support and environment creation are of great importance to promote the professional growth of part- time teachers in the colleges.
