摘要
公民教育成为中国教育发展的趋势。对公民教育与德育的关系,存在"转型说"、"独立说"和"结合说"三种观点。公民教育应该从传统德育中脱离出来,获得独立发展的空间,而德育成为"纯粹培养人们道德品质的教育"。这使得公民教育与德育在形态上彼此独立,在价值功能上互相补充。
Civic education bas been the trend of education development. With regard to the relationship between civic education and moral education, there are three main viewpoints: "transition" , "independence" and "combination" . Civic education should be separated from traditional moral education to gain independent development. Moral education bas become the education to purely cultivate people's moral character. Civic education and moral education will become independent in modality and complementary in function.
