摘要 文章以2013年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试(重庆卷)中生物试题为载体,采用单题分析的方法,从试题的问题设计、题意表达和能力立意三个角度,对试题中存在的问题进行剖析,并逐题给出相应的修改建议,以期为命题人今后编制高考试题提供借鉴。同时提出:试题编制要有充足的时间保证,使命题人通过较长时间的试题暂置,充分洗脑、换脑,克服思维定势,重新审视试题,充分研讨,以修正试题中存在的各种失误;高考命题必须加强制度建设,尽早建立起试题质量标准。 Adopting the method of single item analysis, the article selects the biology item of college entrance examination of Chongqing in 2013 as the carrier, analyzing the existing problernsfrorn the aspects of question designing, expression of meaning and ability - oriented conception, and gives the corresponding proposals in sequence to provide the experts of test design reference for the future college entrance examination. It also points out: sufficient time should be provided for the experts of test design; by having the test questions set aside for much time, they can get fully brainwashed, refresh their mind and overcome the mind - set before they discuss adequately and review the questions to amend the ones existing in the examination paper; and in terms of test design, system construction must be strengthened and the quality standard of test questions must be established as early as possible.
