摘要
管理者行为选择对下属工作绩效和工作满意度提高、增进部门团队协作、提升组织效能有重要意义。实践中因各类因素影响,管理者行为方式差异明显,管理效果也大相径庭。本文从积极和消极两个方面,针对员工自我人性假设进行分析,提出管理者应转换视角,在有效识别员工自我人性假设的基础上,妥善选择适当的管理行为与方式,防止社会知觉偏差效应干扰。并进一步改进完善组织各项管理制度,提高员工工作满意度,增进其组织公民行为等来提升组织效益。
Managing behavior's selection have an important influence for the improvement of employee's performance and job satisfaction ; it can enhance the team's cooperation and increase organizational effectiveness. However, due to various effected factors, there are significant differences between the manager's behaviors, so the management effectiveness varied. This paper analysis the employee's humanity assumption from positive and negative aspects, suggests that manager should change its point- view and choose effective managing methods and suitable behaviors in order to prevented the social perceptual bias effect. Furthermore, this paper suggests that manager should continue to improve its management system and job sanctification, thus ,increase its organizational effectiveness.
