本文以新形势下优化大学生个性发展的必要性着手，分析了影响大学生个性发展的各类因素，如先天遗传基因和物质生活条件、学校教育、个体的情绪和情感、社会实践及自我意识等后天因素，客观提出了从教育理念、师生关系、社团活动、校园文化、自控能力等五种途径优化当代大学生个性发展。

This paper analysis the factors that will affect the development of the college students＇ personality by pointing out the essentiality of it. All these affected factors include： genetic genes and physical living conditions, education background ,personal mood and feelings ,social practice and self-sense etc.
