探讨中孕期胎儿筛查规范超声检查的重要性及操作程序

Exploring the importance and operating pro- cedures of ultrasound screening in the fetus during pregnancy

目的：探讨和分析中孕期胎儿筛查规范超声检查的必要性和重要性，同时研究其操作程序．方法：根据近些年的临床工作体会，采用标准切面对中孕期胎儿进行筛查，并对其操作程序进行规范．结果：此次进行筛查的中孕期妇女为2000例，胎儿异常为200例，其中严重畸形胎儿为75例；经过病理解剖发现，超声检查的结果与其相符合．结论：临床上，对超声检查进行规范化能够有效地筛查出中孕期异常胎儿情况，同时降低漏诊等情况，降低围产期的死亡人数，对人口素质的提高有重要意义．

AIM： To investigate the necessity and importance of standardizing the fetal ultrasound screening during pregnancy. And to study the procedures of this screening. METHODS ： Ac- cording to clinical experience in recent years, the screening on fe- tuses applying standardized criteria for section and the operating procedure was done. RESULTS： 2000 cases were enrolled into the screening during pregnancy, including 200 fetal abnormalities 75 severe deformity. Autopsy found that the results of the ultra- sound were in accordance with it. CONCLUSION： Clinically, the standardization of ultrasoand can effectively screening out ab- normalities in the fetus during pregnancy, while reducing misdiag- nosis and other situations. It can reduce perinatal deaths and im- prove the quality of the population.
