摘要
资源分配问题一直以来都是经济管理学领域中的研究热点.然而,由于众多资源分配问题本身的复杂性,许多情况下利润函数难以确定或者确定出的利润函数过于复杂较难用常规的方法求得最优解.针对该类资源分配问题提出了一种基于DEA效率值的分配方法.该方法通过计算决策单元的效率值对资源进行分配.对于效率值相同但资源不够分配的特殊情况通过交叉效率值对其进行分配.对于不能够通过CCR模型进行资源分配的特殊问题,提出了综合DEA分配模型.最终将这一方法应用到了某省自然科学基金的分配问题中.
Resource allocation problem has been the research focus in economic and management fields. However,in real world prohlems the profit function is difficult to be determined or difficult to be solved by the conventional optimal solution. To these types of resource allocation problems, a new allocation method is provided based on DEA method. It will be allocated the resource according to efficiency value of different decision making units. When many decision making units with the same efficiency value compete few resource,the resource is allocated according to the cross-efficiency value. A allocation method of the eompositive DEA model is given for the special case in which allocation cann't solved by the CCR model. At last,this method is used to the allocation of the Na tional Natural Science Foundation of a province.
