摘要 艾滋病即获得性免疫缺陷综合征（acquiredimmunedeficiencysyndrome，AIDS）．是人感染人类免疫缺陷病毒（humanimmunodeficiencyvirus，HIV）后导致的免疫缺陷综合征。HIV可分为1型（HIV-1）和2型（HIV-2），其中HIV-1分布广泛,是造成全世界AIDS流行的主要原因，HIV-2多局限于西非。目前AIDS由于缺乏有效的防治手段，
