中西医结合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染消化道溃疡疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in treatment of peptic ulcer induced by Helicobacter pylori infection

目的观察比较西药与中西医结合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关消化性溃疡临床疗效,为临床用药提供参考。方法选取医院2009年3月-2010年3月收治的幽门螺杆菌感染相关消化性溃疡患者180例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各90例;对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和远期复发率,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计数据。结果治疗组90例患者治愈49例、有效38例、总有效率96.7%,对照组90例患者治愈37例、有效39例、总有效率84.4%,治疗组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访两组患者的幽门螺杆菌感染情况,治疗组经4周治疗后、1年后、2年后的幽门螺杆菌感染率分别为3.3%、4.4%、7.7%,对照组分别为11.1%、16.7%、25.6%,治疗组患者幽门螺杆菌感染率均低于同期对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关消化性溃疡的临床疗效优于仅使用西药治疗,能提高临床治疗效果,同时降低远期溃疡复发风险,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacies of western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of peptic ulcer induced by Helicobacter pylori infection so as to provide guidance for clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS From Mar 2009through Mar 2010,totally 180patients with peptic ulcer by H.pylori infection who were treated in the hospital were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 90cases in each,then the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group was given the integrated traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment in the control group,the clinical efficacy and the long-term recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups,and the data were statistically analyzed with the use of SPSS17.0 software.RESULTS Of the 90cases in the treatment group,49cases were cured and 38cases were effective with the total effective rate of 96.7%.Of the 90cases in the control group,37cases were cured and 39cases were effective with the total effective rate of 84.4%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.The result of the follow-up showed that the incidence of H.pylori infection at weeks,1year,and 2years after the treatment were respectively 3.3%,4.4%,and 7.7%in the treatment group and 11.1%,16.7%,and 25.6%in the control group,the incidence of H.pylori infection during the same period was significently lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.CONCLUSION The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is superior to the single use of western medicine in the clinical efficacy in treatment of peptic ulcer induced by H.pyloriinfection and can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the risk of long-term recurrent ulcer;it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
