牙周手术切口感染的原因及预防

Causes of incision infections in patients undergoing periodontal surgery and prevention countermeasures

目的探讨牙周手术切口感染发生的原因及应对策略,为感染的防治提供客观依据。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月行牙周手术的416例患者临床资料,分析牙周手术切口感染的相关因素,并总结应对策略;采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析,计数资料采用χ2检验。结果 416例行牙周手术的患者中发生切口感染35例,感染率为8.41%;年龄、手术时间、合并症、手术参观人员、围手术期使用抗菌药物等是牙周手术患者发生切口感染的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论牙周手术患者发生切口感染的相关因素众多,应根据这些因素采取针对性的预防措施,以降低切口感染的发生,提高牙周手术的治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To explore the causes of incision infections in patients undergoing periodontal surgery and put forward the response countermeasures so as to provide guidance for prevention of the infections.METHODS A total of 416patients who underwent the periodontal surgery from Jan 2010to Dec 2012were enrolled in the study, then the clinical data were collected from the patients,the related factors for the incision infections were analyzed, the response countermeasures were put forward,the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS16.0 software,and the count data were analyzed by means of the chi-square test.RESULTS The incision infections occurred in 35of the 416patients undergoing the periodontal surgery with the incidence rate of 8.41%.The age,operation duration,complications,visitors of surgery,and perioperative use of antibiotics were the related factors for the incision infections in the patients undergoing the periodontal surgery（P＆lt;0.005）.CONCLUSION There are a variety of related factors for the incision infections in the patients undergoing the periodontal surgery.It is necessary to take targeted prevention measures according to the factors so as to reduce the incidence of incision infections and improve the therapeutic effect.
