护理专业组模式在医院感染管理中的应用

Application of nursing professional group in control of nosocomial infections

目的探讨护理专业组模式在医院感染管理中的实施方法,分析其在消毒隔离管理、手卫生规范和环境、物品管理等方面所得到的效果。方法成立护理部领导下的消毒隔离护理专业组模式,明确其功能和职责,设立相对固定的运作方式。结果规范了重点护理行为的消毒隔离措施;提高了环境和物品的医院感染管理规范率,护理单元的无菌物品完好率从93.2%升至98.9%;提高了护理人员手卫生执行率,护理人员的手卫生依从率从52.3%升至75.7%;强化了护理人员职业安全防护意识。结论实施护理专业组模式,有利于医院感染管理责任化、专业化、规范化,有利于医院感染管理工作的持续改进。

OBJECTIVE To explore the measures for implementation of nursing professional group mode in control of nosocomial infections and observe the effect on disinfection and isolation,hand hygiene,environment,and management of objects.METHODS The disinfection and isolation nursing professional group mode under the leadership of nursing department was established to define the function and duty and set up stable operation mode.RESULTS The key nursing behaviors such as the disinfection and isolation measures have been standardized,the rate of standard management of environment and objects has been improved,the perfectness rate of aseptic and intact articles of nursing unit has increased from 93.2%to 98.9%;the implementation rate of hand hygiene of the nursing staff has been improved;the rate of hand hygiene compliance of the nursing staff has increased from 52.3% to 75.7%;the awareness of occupational safety protection of the nursing staff has been intensified.CONCLUSION The implementation of the nursing professional group mode may contribute to the responsible,specialized,and standardized control of nosocomial infections as well as the continuous improvement of control of nosocomial infections.
