摘要
为了得到主题公园游客心理容量的测度,选取武汉欢乐谷作为实证对象,进行了问卷调查和问卷结果的方差分析、对应分析和路径分析。分析结果表明:相对游客特性而言,拥挤感知与调适对游玩忠诚度的影响要大一些,但并非最主要的影响因素;排队等待后对项目精彩程度的感知与游玩满意度的相关程度最强。最后建议该主题公园可从加大主题特色的周边市场宣传力度和减少游客排队等待时间等方面进行改善。
In order to measure tourist psychological capacity of theme park,the article analyzed the questionnaire of happy valley in Wuhan by analysis of variance,correspondence analysis and path analysis.The results show that:the crowded perception and adjustment play more important part in influencing visitor loyalty than the background of visitors but not the main influencing factors;and there is the strongest related degree between awareness of project and satisfaction.Finally it suggests that the theme park should improve tourist psychological capacity by increasing surrounding market publicity of subject characteristics,reducing queue waiting time and so on.
