167例进展期胃癌中医证型研究分析

TCM syndrome types of advanced stomach cancer in 167 cases

目的探讨进展期胃癌中医证型分布规律,为临床治疗提供依据。方法按照相关中医证型诊断标准,选择临床常见6种基本证型,对167例我院住院治疗的进展期胃癌病例进行辨证归类及分类统计。结果进展期胃癌中医证型分布频次从高到低依次为脾胃虚寒证、气滞血瘀证、气血两虚证、胃热伤阴证、肝气犯胃证、痰湿凝结证。结论进展期胃癌以脾胃虚寒证最为多见。

Objective To investigate the distribution laws of TCM syndrome types of advanced stomach cancer and provide evidences for clinical treatment. Methods According to relative diagnostic standard, 6 basic syndrome types commonly in clinic were chosen, and 167 patients were given syndrome differentiation, classification and statistical analysis. Results The distribution frequency of TCM syndrome types were, in a descending order, syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency cold, syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and blood, syndrome of stomach-heat damaging yin, syndrome of liver qi invading stomach, and syndrome of phlegm-damp congealing. Conclusion Syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency cold is the most common syndrome types in the patients with advanced stomach cancer.
