摘要
为进一步了解热式质量流量计内温度场的分布情况,在分析热式质量流量计结构的基础上,建立了温度场的数学模型,利用Fluent仿真软件对热式质量流量计内温度场进行仿真分析,研究了在不同流量、不同功率下温升随流量的变化规律和在一定功率条件下温升随时间的变化规律。研究结果表明,加热丝的加热功率恒定时,加热丝周围流体的温度随着流量增大而减少;液相流量小于20m3/d时曲线变化明显,存在很好的分辨率;液相流量大于20m3/d时,分辨率相对较低,可通过提高加热功率来提高分辨率;当加热丝的加热时间为80s时,测温传感器测得加热丝的温度基本不变,该结果可指导多相流实验装置上的动态试验。
In order to further understand the distribution of temperature field of thermal mass flowmeter and based on analyzing the structure of thermal mass flowmeter,a mathematical model of temperature field is established,the simulation analysis of temperature field of thermal mass flowmeter is performed by using simulation software Fluent,under different flow rate,different power temperature changes with the flow rate and in a certain power under the conditions of temperature variation with time are studied.The results show that as the heating power of heating wire is constant,the heating wire surrounding fluid temperature decreases with the increase of liquid phase flow;when the flow rate is less than 20m3/d,a curve is obvious,there is very good resolution;as it is greater than 20m3/d,the resolution is relatively low,the resolution can be improved by increasing the heating power of the heating time of the heating wire;when the heating time on the heating wire is 80s,its measured temperature sensor temperature will remain basically unchanged,the results can guide the multiphase flow of experiment device.
