摘要
目的研究三维彩超在中孕期胎儿脑部胼胝体发育异常(缺失)中的应用价值。方法选取在本院进行检查的中孕期50例孕妇,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用经腹及阴道途径超声进行检查,实验组采用三维彩超进行检查。比较两组对中孕期胎儿脑部胼胝体发育异常(缺失)的分辨率。结果实验组对中孕期胎儿脑部胼胝体发育异常(缺失)的分辨率(92.00%)明显高于对照组(64.00%)(P<0.05),且在三维彩超下胎儿脑部胼胝体发育异常的颅内结构的声像图表现较清晰。结论三维彩超更容易被孕妇接受,并且能够提供更多的信息,有助于胎儿的检查,能较早地检查出胎儿脑部胼胝体发育异常,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of three-dimensional color ultrasound in dysgenesis of the corpus callosum of fetus in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods 50 pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy were selected and examined in our hospital and they were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=25) and the control group (n=25).The control group was examined by abdominal and vaginal ultrasound,the experimental group was examined by three-dimensional color ultrasound.The resolution rate of dysgenesis (missing) of the corpus callosum of fetus in the two groups was compared. Results The resolution rate of dysgenesis (missing) of the corpus callosum of fetus in the second trimester of pregnancy of the experimental group (92.00%) was higher than that in the control group (64.00%) (P〈0.05);and the intracranial structure of dysgenesis of the corpus callosum of fetus in the second trimester of pregnancy examined by three-dimensional color ultrasound was clearer. Conclusion Three-dimensional color ultrasound is easier to be accepted by the pregnant women,and it can offer more information. Three-dimensional colour ultrasound is contributed to examinations for fetus,which can be earlier to exam fetal brain corpus callosum dysplasia and it has important clinical application value.
