临床医生专业英语教学现状分析与改革策略

Analysis of the current situation of English teaching for clinicians and reform strategy

医学英语教学在我国医学生教育及临床医生培训过程中已得到越来越多的重视,但目前的医学生英语教学模式中,仍然存在如专业性不强,师资、教材匮乏,忽视文化与应用能力的培养以及无规范的考核与激励机制等一系列亟待解决的问题。本研究的目的在于依据现代英语教学的理念和特点,提出符合我国国情及医学事业发展的合理的医学专业英语教学改革策略,旨在全面提升我国医务工作者实际运用语言的能力。

Medical English teaching has earned more and more attention in the course of medical students ＇ education and training of clinical doctors in China,but in the current English teaching model,there are still a series of urgent problems such as the poor professional,lack of teachers and textbooks,neglecting cultural and applications capacitybuilding as well as non-standardized assessment and incentive mechanisms and so on.The purpose of this study is according to the concept and characteristics of modern English teaching,and puts forward the reasonable medical English teaching reform strategy in line with the national conditions and the medical career development in China in order to enhance the capacity of our medical workers in the practical use of language.
